TITLE: IT Customer Support Analyst
TYPE: Contract-to-Hire
LOCATION: Pennsauken, NJ
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Fully remote for now and moving to to Hybrid with up to two days in the office sometime in 2023.
START DATE: Immediate
SHIFT: M-F, 830-5pm EST
VACCINATION REQUIREMENT: None
We are looking for a customer-service-centric IT support professional with to join our growing application support team. We are open to candidates ranging from Entry level to Sr. level and the most important factor we are looking for is someone who can provide exceptional customer service. We are a fast-growing company with an excellent culture, and our team will train you on everything you need to know to be successful in the position.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Balance incoming support requests via chat, phone calls, emails, and tickets for enterprise-level EHR platform
- Triage support requests based on urgency and escalate to upper management when appropriate
- Diagnose application issues and provide troubleshooting assistance to internal customers for the EHR system
- Ability to solve problems, log issues correctly and punctually in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively to both external customers and internal employees/managers
- Continue to gain product and technical knowledge of the software while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree is required, a degree in an IT related field is a plus
- 1+ year on a formal help desk using a ticketing system (Epic, Jira, etc.)
- Comfortable with working over the phone 100% of the time
- Any experience support Electronic Health Record software, especially in a health care setting, is a big plus
- Excellent ticket tracking, attention-to-detail, and documentation skills
- Strong customer service skills with the aptitude to escalate when needed
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
