You will be responsible for
- Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for collaboration on our MS 365 productivity platform
- Defining and delivering solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Office365, and Teams, within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Administration of Microsoft 365 Services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, and other cloud-based productivity solutions
- Implementing IAM framework on Azure AD (role-based access control, PIM, identity entitlement fundamentals, access recertification)
- Move and sync data between SaaS and identity apps by building integrations and using existing APIs (provisioning/de-provisioning).
- Implementation of applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting and tuning for users
- Work with IT Management to constantly monitor and improve the delivery of IT
- systems and support.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to coordinate IT policies
- Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material for internal employees and IT staff
- Work with Security, PeopleOps, and Business Operations to develop automated onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in general IT operations and user support
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives
- Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency
- Oversee and provide operations support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting, and service optimization
- Develop system monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support
Experience and Expectations
- 5+ years experience with Identity solutions
- 7+ years of experience with Office 365
- Strong experience in managing an all-SaaS environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IAM deployment and management experience (Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint)
- Experience scripting in Powershell, Python, or other programming languages
- Comfortable collaborating with remote team members and colleagues
- Experience working with vendors, consultants, 3rd party integrators
- SSO/SAML (Azure AD)
- Experience in AWS/Azure is a plus
