Core Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be required to have customer contact on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for corporate accounting activities including:
• Performing account and bank reconciliations.
• Analyzing capital expenditures.
• Processing accounts payable vouchers.
• Preparing journal entries.
• Processing customer and account billings.
• Routine analysis, reconciliation and follow-up.

Required Education/Experience

• Associate's Degree In Accounting, Finance, or related field is required

Preferred Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Full time accounting or related work experience is preferred

Relevant Work Experience

• The successful candidate must be detail oriented, accurate, motivated, flexible, and willing to initiate change. Required and

Physical Demands

• Must push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds
• Must sit or stand to answer a phone for entire shift
• Must sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for entire shift

• Must stoop, bend, reach and kneel throughout the workday
