Lobby Leader
The key purpose of this position is to provide members with a first impression of PEFCU by greeting them and providing support and direction within the branch. The Lobby Leader will also assume responsibility for the appearance of the lobby. The responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
What you will do…
- Responsible for providing assistance and direction to anyone that enters the branch, including vendors.
- Adding Member and Vendors, or providing them with assistance in adding themselves into the “Lobby Tracker” system
- Understanding the Members’ needs and determining who can best assist the Member
- Monitoring Lobby Tracker to ensure Members are assisted in a timely manner
- Assisting Members with safe deposit box entries as needed
- Helps members understand all channels available to them, including digital and mobile options.
- Processing transactions when time permits.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the lobby:
- Ensure all marketing material displayed is up-to-date and stocked
- Ensure compliance materials (signage, documentation) is up-to-date and properly displayed
What you need…
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual preferred, not required
