DPI Staffing has an IMMEDIATE need for a skilled Property Maintenance Technician in Casa Grande, AZ
Who we are looking for?
Our client is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join there team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
As a Maintenance Technician you will manage daily maintenance requests and preform routine and preventive measures. This role will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment as well as maximizing the living experience for all residence and prospects. Travel to our three properties all based in Casa Grande is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain clean exterior appearance of community and verify adherence to company standards.
Day to day maintenance duties include:
- Fence repairs
- Clearing of Roadways
- Weed and Debris Removal
- Pool Maintenance
- Resident Service Orders
- Infrastructure Repair
- Turns/Rent Ready Assignment
Perform work orders and report status to the Lead Maintenance Technician in a timely manner.
Identify deficiencies and report findings to the Lead Maintenance Technician.
Perform basic building skills such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and some electrical.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a clean MVR and valid driver’s license.Must be available to work flexible and irregular hours including weekends and on call emergencies.
Strong time management skills and detail oriented.
Knowledge of standard tools, materials, and practices in grounds and building maintenance.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs is a plus.
Wages and Hours:
Hours TBD, Must be willing to work weekends as needed
