What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote scholarship and grant Recommend program enhancements as necessary.
  • Manage corporate events including coordination of member seminars, business networking events, grand openings, annual meeting and educator and community
  • Coordinate monthly digital and print newsletter.
  • Design, write and produce collateral including direct mail, brochures, kits, posters, flyers, take-ones and other collateral to support targeted initiatives and Manage department collateral inventory and updates with print vendor.
  • Design and implement lending utilization programs. Make recommendations for process improvements and campaign changes based on
  • Utilize CRM to develop cross sell and retention strategies. Manage automated cross-sell mailings through CRM system and upload 3rd party
  • Develop and implement new branch opening initiatives and coordinate events
  • Develop and manage youth and financial education program
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate promotions including: inventory fulfillment, internal communications, sales tools, tracking sheets, evaluate and recommend software for efficiencies.

What we need from you:

  • Should have a bachelors degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications or public relations with a minimum of three years of work experience in a financial institution. Experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable.
  • Must have a working knowledge of laws and regulations affecting all of the products and services of the Credit Union, advertising policies and procedures and market research.
  • Should have strong verbal presentation and writing Self-motivated with good organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience with CRM and CMS is desired.

Work From Home Requirements:

  • Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
  • All equipment will be provided by Jovia (Computer, Monitor, Headset)
