We are seeking a confident, experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS

Spa Sway is located in the heart of The Domain, Austin’s premier outdoor shopping mall. We are an award-winning boutique spa boasting over 50,000 satisfied customers, and we are only expanding, with future locations coming soon.

Our membership-based, 3000-square-foot spa offers massages, facials, and body treatments, with our goal being to help our clients set up a wellness routine that lasts. Some of our most popular treatments include deep-tissue massages, CBD-infused treatments, and couples’ experiences. We also have a retail space and a serene relaxation room, only enhancing the overall feeling of tranquility in our spa. We guarantee a 95% booking rate throughout the year, as we stay busy year-round.

The expert staff at Spa Sway is dedicated to providing carefully selected treatments and product suggestions to offer real solutions to our clientele, addressing and correcting any concerns our guests might have, whether those are longstanding issues or simply niggling aches and pains. Whether someone arrives at our spa for beauty care, a special indulgence, or a regular appointment, our clients will certainly leave feeling replenished and nurtured by the superb, attentive team at Spa Sway.

We require that applicants have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a licensed massage therapist.

About the Job

This has the scope to be either a full-time or a part-time role. A typical start time is 830am, with the day usually ending at 9pm. We take COVID precautions seriously and provide PPE, require social distancing and masks where possible, and have stringent cleaning and sanitization procedures in place.

Compensation is evaluated based on experience, qualifications, and quality of practical but ranges from $45,000 to $85,000 per year and comes with a range of competitive benefits, including:
