We are currently looking for an experienced forklift operator/material handler to join our production team, with responsibility for moving and staging product to support organization and throughout. This position requires skill at operating a forklift, and the ability to understand and interface with our electronic data management and inventory tracking system.

Successful candidates will be safe, organized, efficient, and able to strategize about material locations and transfers based on production schedules. Must have a willingness and ability to adapt daily tasks to accommodate customer needs for individual projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Following safe practices and requirements for performing work in a manufacturing environment
• Using forklifts and electric pallet movers to transfer material, including large, heavy pallets of concrete panels
• Understanding and using electronic data management systems for tracking inventory
• Communicating inventory locations and statuses to manufacturing personnel using established systems

About You

• 2+ years forklift experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Ability to learn and use computer-based PLEX Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Team oriented with a positive attitude and good energy
• Desire to learn new skills and processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift over 50 lbs.
• You enjoy working within a collaborative, respectful, and supportive team
