Job description
Our client, a pain management clinic is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join their clinic in S. Austin. The candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a medical assistant in a clinical setting. The candidate will be required to know how to manually take vitals if needed. Medical Assistant Certification is a huge plus but not a must. You will work 4 days in S. Austin and 1 day in Bass Drop.

- Take blood pressure measurements on every patient manually or by machine
- Take urine samples from time to time
- Cross train in procedures
- See 20-35 patients per day
- Patient Intake
- EMR data entry
- BLS
- CPR
- Medical Assistant Certification a plus
