Title: Medical Assistant/Receptionist for Amerejuve Medical Spa

Summary: We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and caring Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our Amerejuve Medical Spa team! You will play a pivotal role in providing a delightful patient experience and ensuring all operations run smoothly.

Duties:

•Greet and check-in patients with a cheerful attitude and smile.

•Verify insurance and collect patient payments in a friendly yet professional manner.

•Schedule and confirm appointments, answering patients' questions in a knowledgeable and reassuring way.

•Perform clinical tasks such as vitals, EKGs, and injectables with compassion and care.

•Prepare exam rooms with attention to creating a calming, relaxing environment for patients.

•Update and maintain patient charts accurately and confidentially.

•Screen phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a helpful, solution-oriented manner.

•Maintain cleanliness and organization of all patient areas.

Requirements:

•High school diploma and 1-2 years related experience preferred.

•Ability to connect with people from all backgrounds, establishing trust and rapport.

• exceptionally high levels of patience, empathy and emotional intelligence.

•A positive, upbeat and can-do attitude.

•Strong listening and communication skills; conveys information in a friendly, reassuring manner.

•Professionalism balanced with the ability to make patients feel at ease.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Marietta, GA 30067: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
