MedWatchers is looking to hire representatives to assist pharmacist team with outbound and inbound calls.
MedWatchers provides high-quality, creative MTM solutions to optimize medication therapy, improve health outcomes, and control healthcare costs. Our team of culturally competent pharmacists speaks 27 different languages and our clients have referred to us as ‘the magic bullet’ for patient engagement.
Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to answer questions to provide patient-focused service and a positive impression of the organization.
- Must have strong public speaking skill and be able to deliver daily presentations over the phone
- Spanish is a plus
