Director of Sales Enablement and Education:
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Director of Sales Enablement and Education is responsible for providing sales staff with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and club leadership, the Director of Sales Enablement will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

SCOPE:
  • Develop National sales plays/training and executes launches across the country with Directors of Franchise Operations (DFOs).
  • Leverage data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness
  • Manage the L&D team and content library of resources to support education and execution across the company network
  • Ensure consistent adoption of the sales methodology in partnership with Studio Managers, General Managers, and DFOs
  • Own the sales performance of the brand including strategy on pricing and promotions to drive performance
  • Develop continuous learning programs for sales
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Additional duties as outlined by leadership.
  • This role will report to (VP, Experience).
- Must be based in the greater Los Angeles area - on-site in our three studios
  • Approximately 25% travel outside of the studios to the clubs across the country
  • Boxing experience is HIGHLY preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience in a sales-driven role is required
  • Multi-unit experience is required
  • Sales and/or management experience in a boutique fitness environment is strongly preferred
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and
training
  • Experience in a boxing, kickboxing, or MMA gym is a bonus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation:
  • Base salary $80k-$100k
