Pamal Broadcasting is looking for a National Sales Assistant at our Beacon, NY location! The National Sales Assistant offers support to the sales staff and managers by handling the office work allowing sales staff to concentrate on meeting with clients and developing business. Duties include, entering sales orders into Marketron system in a timely maner and process revisions as needed, handle all sales confirmations, maintains sales order files for the market.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. · High school diploma or equivalent

· One to three years of experience in a broadcasting environment

· Previous experience with Marketron preferred

· Knowledge of radio broadcasting procedures and documents

· Must be detail orientated

· Excellent communication and mathematical skills

· Good computer skills, will be trained on company specific programs
