Job Description

We are seeking an Office Assistant to support our team with a range of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all administrative processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Managing the company's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and organising events
  • Coordinating and organising travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $22.53 per hour
