Position Summary:

The New York Office Coordinator will be the front facing representative and office manager for the headquarters in New York. This position will support the daily organization and operation of the New York office. In addition to general reception duties such as Meeting, greeting, welcoming, and directing guests, clients, vendors, and contractors visiting Home Team Sports for a variety of business purposes, this individual will organize and prioritize responses to large volumes of calls and regularly occurring requests for information through written draft responses, or replies by phone and email when necessary. This individual will organize use of the company conference rooms and will arrange for all provisions necessary for the conduct of high level meetings. Other duties for the manager will include allocation and tracking of promotional season tickets, assisting in ordering supplies, coding invoices for accounts payable and will assist in all relevant current projects for the President and other Home Team Sports Executives as coordinated through the Sales & Business Operations Manager.


Essential Functions:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Handling day-to-day telephone communications
  • Coordinating and setting up client/vendor meetings
  • EVP and SVP calendar management and cross-functional scheduling
  • Document and file management ensuring the documentation produced is of the highest quality and our files are accurate and up to date
  • Creating and tracking expense reports for EVP and SVP
  • Sales events ticket allocation and tracking
  • Ensuring all supplies are restocked and organized in office
  • Opening, sorting and distributing mail
Qualification Requirements:
  • College Degree / 2+ Years assistant experience
  • Language / Communication: English required, secondary language(s) a plus
  • Mathematical / Reasoning Skills: Must know basic Math
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word),
  • Other Skills & Abilities Required: Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.. Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills and superior attention to detail and written communication skills necessary. The ability to multitask, works effectively under daily time constraints, and use discretion in managing sensitive communications and business relationships.
Playfly Sports is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation includes salary, incentive targets and company benefits.

The pay range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
