Goodhue Boat Company is growing! Now with five locations, we are in search of an energetic and motivated full-time Office Manager to join our expanding and family-orientated company. In addition to working with some very talented and friendly people, you will be in charge of general bookkeeping and daily administrative office operations for our new Ossipee Lake location in Freedom, NH.
Responsibilities:
General Bookkeeping:
· Daily deposits, audit cash drawers, collect & process mail
· Post Authorize.net receipts daily
· Post ACH auto pay postings in bank accounts
· Answering calls & taking payments over the phone.
· Post month end accounting entries
· Maintain General Ledger
· Create monthly comparative P&L for CFO
· Input annual budget into account/dealership program
Accounts Payable:
· General Invoice posting
· Parts Invoicing
· Maintain AP files
· Parts account reconciliation (monthly)
· Prepare a weekly A/P report highlighting items to be paid for Controller’s approval by Tuesday of each week.
· Cut checks for GM’s Signature & mail
Accounts Receivable:
- Post payments
- Send/Email monthly statements
- Process rebate and warranty credits
General Office Manager Duties:
· Vehicle/Rental Registrations/Annual Renewal of Company Licenses.
· Assist HR with gathering incident/worker’s compensation accident information.
· Assist location team members with general questions and direct higher-level questions to the appropriate department.
· Order office supplies
· Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years Office Manager experience, a must.
3 years AP, AR and general bookkeeping experience preferred.
Lightspeed EVO or other dealership accounting software preferred.
Associates degree or higher in accounting, finance or business, a plus.
Must be willing to obtain Marine Registration Agent license.
Excellent time management skills.
Deadline driven.
Strong math skills.

Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Possess intermediate computer skills.
Critical thinking abilities.
Good problem-solving skills.
Schedule:
· Year-round position.
· Flexible work schedule.
· 30 hours, 6-hour shifts falling between 8 AM and 4:30 PM
· Peak season: Monday-Friday, weekend availability. (5-day work week)
· Off-peak season: Monday-Friday
Salary:
· $22-$25 per hour, based upon experience
