Job description

We are looking for a professional Office Manager that can do the following:

• Provide the best Customer Service
• Knowledgeable in Google programs such as docs, drive, and sheets
• Communicates well with staff and customers
• Fast learner who is highly receptive to training on first-time instruction
• Experienced with computers
• Comfortable using phones calling customers
• Takes Direction well
• Work a variety of schedules to include some Saturdays & Special Events
• Availability to pick up random shifts throughout the week as needed

PAY INCREASE eligible after 90-days.

Financial Duties:

• Processing payments
• Payroll Processing
• Supply Ordering

Setting:

• Medical

Probationary Period:

• 90-days

COVID-19 Precaution(s):

• Personal protective equipment provided or required
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

Hours per week:

• 25+ (Hours are based on your availability.)

1099 Contractor:

• This position is currently 1099. We are working to transition all 1099 contractors to W-2 employees as soon as possible. There is no set date for this transition.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
