We are looking to hire one more professional to join our growing online sales team in person at our San Antonio, Texas location. This person will help in executing marketing solutions and utilize their persuasive communication skills to close deals. The Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of clients who are hot leads and interested in booking an appointment at one of our 12 sales center locations- all organized in our CRM
• Educate, strategize, and successfully sell the dream over the phone (Manufactured Homes, Tiny Homes, Modular Homes) through a high volume of outbound sales calls - this role is 100% phone based.
• Become an expert in Titan's advertising solutions, and adapt home solution recommendations quickly to suit our customer's needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key! This will be getting our customers over the phone to book an appointment with our sales centers.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you know that sales is a numbers game and you're here to win.

The Requirements

• Must be a highly motivated individual
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• 1 full year of telemarketing or call center experience or sales experience
• Creativity to drive in new customers
• Ability to make 60+ calls per day
• Willingness to learn and adapt to always changing scripts and procedures
• Punctual
• Availability to be open Monday-Sunday flexibility 8am-5pm
• Must work in office (San Antonio)
