Mikake-Building Supply in Puunene, Hawaii (Central Maui Baseyard) is seeking to hire a full-time Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the branch management team committed to providing an excellent customer experience. This individual ensures smooth and efficient workflow of the branch through their leadership of the Inventory, Receiving, Administration and Facility Maintenance teams. This position is on the career path to become an Operations Manager, who oversees not only the areas already mentioned, but also Lumberyard and Delivery. We work with people who live and breathe building materials, so we need someone that is ready to be the hero they need!

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two years of related experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. Ability to follow-up and follow-through in a respectful manner
