As the Data Clerk you have the opportunity to serve our clients and fellow employees on a daily basis. You will work with our Support Services team and also our COO on data collection and information for the organization.
Your positive, can-do attitude makes you a joy to work with for both clients and staff alike. While you are organized and love the satisfaction of getting things done, you are also a people person and enjoy interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow staff throughout your workday. Though you are self-directed and able to work independently, you are also a team player who collaborates well with everyone at the firm to make things happen for our clients. You feel great about working for an ethical firm where customer service is a priority and you can feel good about helping people through difficult times in their lives.
Essential Job Functions:

  • Works with COO on projects and data collection assigned
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
  • Schedule calls and meetings.
  • Support Services liaison

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be flexible and open to various needed tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma required
  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Excellent computer, phone, office skills.
