School of Rock Ashburn is currently seeking a Part-Time Studio Coordinator on Saturdays to assist our manager in a variety of tasks. School of Rock is the nation’s premier performance-based music education program which means you will be working with kids, parents and adult students on the Customer Care side of the house along with ensuring things run smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate has a welcoming personality and the ability to pick up our scheduling and billing platform tasks quickly and has some experience in sales and customer care.

Qualifications

• Energetic, positive, outgoing and friendly personality
• Problem solver who can think on their feet
• Computer proficiency
• Can work Saturday days, and occasional evenings during the week
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Self-starter who can work independently after training
• Can roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Adult aged 18+

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain busy lesson schedule
• Handle inbound sales calls and walk ins
• Handle customer care situations
• Administrative duties as assigned by Studio Manager
• Help maintain studio tidiness
