We have openings at our North locations for a Patient Care Coordinator! (ROUND ROCK & LAKELINE AREA)

NAU Urology Specialists is looking for an exceptional new employee to join our Administrative team as a Patient Care Coordinator! We're looking for someone with incredible customer service experience. The role includes checking-in and checking-out patients, answering phones/messages to schedule patients for appointments, answering questions from patients and communicating the patients' needs to support staff and Providers. Monday through Friday 8a-5p. No evenings and no weekends.

• Medical terminology and office experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Job Description but not limited to:

Patient check-in/check-out, Also expected to assist with incoming and out going calls (calls include scheduling appointments, taking messages and calling back with researched answers, informing patients of our services), department filling, scanning, copying, data entry, mailing and prepare letters and documents.
