Primary Care of Western New York is one of the largest Family Practices in the Buffalo region. Our dedicated teams deliver excellent care that places the patient at the forefront of everything we do. We currently have five locations throughout WNY, with offices located in: Williamsville, Kenmore, Lancaster, and Wheatfield.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add qualified, full time Patient Service Representative's to our team. Great telephone etiquette, excellent attendance and a positive attitude are a must for this position! The primary location for this position will be at our Kenmore office with the ability to travel to at least one other site. The schedule consists of primarily day shifts, with 1 evening per week along with an occasional Saturday morning at our Williamsville office. Compensation rate based on experience.

Primary Functions:

• Assure highest level of patient satisfaction
• Answer a high volume of phone calls
• Verify patient’s demographic information
• Schedule appointments using Medent EMR
• Collect co-pays
• Communicate with Providers, Nurses and Billers

Qualifications:

• Patient/customer experience-1 year or more preferred
• Dependable/Reliable
• Able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude

• Experience with Medent EMR is a plus!
