Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team! You will work directly with the Care Coordinator and will be responsible for processing weekly payroll accurately and timely. You will report to Area Director or Branch Manager.You will...
- Collect and organize timesheets and enter information into the operating system and payroll system accurately and timely.
- Ensure all employee sign-on bonuses, referral bonuses, and vacation/sick time payments are accurately processed.
- Coordinate with HR about changes in payroll (e.g., terminations, new hires, stop payment, or issues)
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of patients and/or employee information in compliance with HIPAA rules. Maintains compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, company policies/procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Answer employee questions or complaints about salaries and payments
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of payroll experience
- 1+ year home healthcare experience preferred
- Knowledge of State/Federal Payroll guidelines
- Weekly pay
