Arrow Pest Control - Pest Control Service Technicians

We are hiring full-time team members who will be responsible for communicating and coordinating effectively with customers as you provide pest management services to homes and businesses throughout the state. Our services include insects, rodents, ticks, mosquitos, and termites. Our ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for High-Energy Pest Control Service Technicians who either have experience/licensing or are willing to put in the time to be fully trained and licensed (all paid by Arrow). Sales commissions in addition to salary from 10% - 15% per sale.

Base Pay of $19 - $23 plus OT.

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00 or 6:00 pm (daylight savings hours) w/30 minute lunch break.

Some Saturdays: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform Inspections for pests, pest harborages and entry points
• Determine, recommend, and provide required pest management services
• Follow communication protocols to provide proper information utilizing our paperless software technology on tablets
• Inform customers on how to reduce pest pressures though proper sanitation, storage and landscape
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment to company standards
• Ability to study DEP guides and the ability to pass subsequent on-site tests to obtain licenses required (which increases base pay)
• Typing Skills & Data Management
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow-through while managing time efficiently and effectively
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills; listening and having empathy

Requirements:

• A driving record with no more than 2 points
• A minimum of a high school education
• Transportation to and from 200 Campus Drive, Morganville, NJ 07751 until a service vehicle is permitted for use to and from
