There is a Full Time Hospital Pharmacist position available in our growing pharmacy department in the Central Phoenix, Arizona area. This position is for the pharmacist who wants to enjoy a positive environment with more independent roles. MediStar provides a relaxed work environment and an attractive benefits package.

Job Summary:
· Remote Order Entry/Processing Work for hospitals.

· Full Time, Evening/Overnight Shift.

· Schedule is 7-on/7-off – Flexible Hours Available.

· Strong team environment with experienced pharmacist on staff.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate should have -
· Hospital/Clinical Pharmacy practice experience - required.

· Pharm. D. or BS from an accredited institution required.

· Arizona State Board of Pharmacy, Registered Pharmacist License

· Candidate with multiple states pharmacy licenses is a plus.

· Two-three (2-3) or more years of combined experience in Hospital, Long Term Care, or Home Infusions.

· Prior Remote Order Entry/Processing experience is a plus.

· Dedicated to excellence in patient care and outcomes.

· Demonstrate expertise and excellence in pharmacy operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $107,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pharmacy residency: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
