We are looking to hire a SP pharmacist to work at this independent pharmacy in the Kensington neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY.

The pharmacy is a stress-free environment, opposed to the chain pharmacy work flow which is extremely stressful. The customers are very respectful, and the whole neighborhood loves this pharmacy. Pharmacist can make extra money bonuses for all vaccines!!

Priority skills: MICROMERCHANT SYSTEMS

Bi-Lingual: Spanish OR Urdu/Hindi/Bangla OR Russian Speaking in addition to English.

Our store is located in a diverse neighborhood, and we have many Russian, Spanish AND middle eastern (Bengali, Arabic) speaking patients, so it is a major benefit if you are able to speak any of these languages.

Daily tasks:

Open the store and prepare for the work day,

process prescriptions using MICROMERCHANT SYSTEMS,

verify medications counted for by technician,

dispense medications when required & counsel patient on new medications,

provide immunizations to patients,

work the register for any OTC sales,

keep the work environment clean at all times,

help maintain the front store,

close the pharmacy with the other staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
