Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of records about patient care for all patients on personal case load.
• Provide direct patient care as prescribed, including evaluation and treatment planning.
• Perform clinical functions: screens, evaluations, development of treatment plans, and delivery of treatment in accordance with Medicare / Private Insurance / APTA policies and procedures
• Provide education to patient’s family and/or staff on the specific treatment plan and therapy goals for the patient.
• Supervises volunteers, PTAs, PT students, PTA students, and other personnel according to APTA

Skills

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Professional behavior
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
