PPDG is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide services to Columbus Air Force Base, MS. Great opportunity to work with our Military community, providing care to our Military members.

Contract employees will be scheduled to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm not to exceed 40 hours per week. No weekends, no holidays!!

Qualifications:

• Doctorate OR Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Trigger Point Dry Needling certification preferred
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years as a Physical Therapist.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide referral-based and direct access physical therapy services; ensure that they will accept ‘self-referred’ patients and will not always have a referral to review prior to an appointment.
• Include all modalities offered at Columbus AFB PT; administer (or be knowledgeable on) Electrical stimulation, iontophoresis, ultrasound, moist heat, and ice packs
• Ensure that documentation/patient notes are in line with MTF policy i.e. sending flyer notes to Flight Medicine for co-signature.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
