Seeking qualified PIC candidate for a Citation Sovereign + [C680+] account based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This will be a 4 airplane/12 pilot account.

Primary position is for C680 typed pilot, but duties will include SIC work on C700 Longitude, CJ3+ and C510 Mustang. with opportunity to upgrade types in any of these aircrafts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Airman Certificate ATP
• Ratings: Appropriate PIC Type Rating
• Valid 2nd Class Medical Certificate
• Total Flight Time 2500
• Pilot in Command 1200
• Multi Engine Land 1000
• Multi Engine PIC 500
• Instrument 200
• Turbine Engine 500

Responsibilities:

• The PIC is directly accountable to the Chief Pilot
• The PIC is responsible for ensuring a safe, dependable, and professional experience for all individuals traveling on the aircraft.
• The PIC is responsible for the conducting and overseeing all trip planning and execution, including, but not limited to:
  • Ensure the aircraft meets all performance and airworthiness requirements
  • Complete and/or assisting other crew member(s) with aircraft pre-flight duties
  • Ensure all flights comply with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Select the safest and most efficient flight routes and airports
  • Establish contingency plans and alternates
  • Calculate aircraft weight and balance and ensuring the aircraft is operated within its weight and balance requirements
  • Evaluate weather and other factors that may affect the safety, timing or routing of a flight (significant weather events, forecast turbulence, special events, airspace restrictions, air traffic congestion, etc.)
  • Ensure all required permits and documents are obtained prior to departure
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to the passengers
  • Demonstrate ability to work exceptionally well with others in a collaborative, small team environment
  • Responsible for conducting passenger briefings
  • Reports any and all maintenance issues and discrepancies with the aircraft immediately to the Chief Pilot and Director of maintenance to ensure they can be rectified in the most time efficient manner
