Overview:
Responsibilities:
The COLUMBIA Detail Planning organization is responsible for the maintenance of issued work instructions as it relates to the incorporation of design changes (CRs/CNs), problem sheets, and work transfers. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of COLUMBIA Class work instructions using the Integrated Product Development Environment (IPDE).
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of COLUMBIA class work instructions using Teamcenter and PCM/EWP
- Adherence to processes, procedures, and standards
- Collaboration with peers and supervision for the development of new processes and procedures
- Executing department goals related to quality and attainment
Required:
- Computer proficiency
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of manufacturing or design experience
- Internal candidate must be from organizations outside of operations (Gildart/Gabriel)
Preferred:
- Previous Planning experience
- Missile tube experience
- Standard part experience
- Teamcenter experience
- PCM/EWP/MRP experience
