Practice Manager
Our established pain management group in Austin, TX is looking for a practice manager who has had experience with coming into an established office and managing 1-3 offices. Anyone who has had Orthopedic, Pain Management or Neurosurgery group experience is a huge plus!!!

What You Will Do
- Assist practice administrator with any needs they may have
- Oversee multiple practices
- Collections
- Manage employees for multiple practices
- Oversee the revenue cycle
- Analyze and monitor financial performance
- Manage the retention of practice staff
- Recruit practice staff
- Oversee staff benefits and retirement
- Ensure staff participation in required educational courses and/or programs
- Assist in physician credentialing
- Oversee patient satisfaction and customer service programs
- Monitor benchmarks for practice performance standards (Dashboards)
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience managing multiple offices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
Preferred Skills:
- 3-5 years of medical management experience as a practice manager.
- Demonstrated accomplishments and career growth in the healthcare field.
Required Education:
