KinderCare is seeking an Assistant Director for our Longwood location in Longwood, FL.

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking person who has experience leading teachers and helping them become teachers who make a difference in the lives of children. At KinderCare Learning Companies, we use our expertise to inspire lifelong learners by creating outstanding experiences for all children through our powerful curriculum. As a KinderCare Assistant Director, you will have the freedom to act silly, build adventures, and support teachers and teach children lifelong lessons that go beyond the classroom!

Required Skills and Experience:

A love for children and a strong desire to positively impact children's lives

Ability to establish relationships with families and teachers and build a dynamic environment where play and learning happens.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum)

ECE Coursework, CDA certification, or a degree in a related field required

Directors' Credential is preferred

1 year or more of Early Childhood Education experience is required

Authorization to work in the United States
