Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at an 18-bed residential treatment center for 14- to 17-year-old girls on a beautiful 100-acre horse farm in Killingworth, Connecticut.
Turnbridge is hiring a primary therapist for this program, where your skills and care transform young people’s lives.
Primary job duties include:
- First and foremost, provide the best individual, group, and family therapy to each client
- Manage a caseload of four to five clients from admission to discharge
- Engage meaningfully with families and referents
- Be a leader on the team!
Please note: applicants must be licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in order to be considered for this position. We will consider LPC-A, LMSW, and LMFT-A status clinicians if you are within three months of full licensure. If you’re applying from outside Connecticut, relocation reimbursement is available.
Experience with equine therapy is a plus but not required.
The schedule for this specific clinician job is Tuesday through Saturday. Additionally, an on-call rotation exists among several clinical team members. More information will be shared in the interview process.
The Killingworth team includes: psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, wellness coordinators, academic advisors, operations staff, kitchen staff, and more.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
