• Multi-Tasking - MLS/KTA uses multiple software platforms for communication and managing the transcript production and distribution process. It is important for the candidate to be comfortable navigating between different platforms to exceed client expectations. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to help the team with the transcript binding and shipping process.
• Detail Oriented – When fulfilling client requests, small mistakes/inaccuracies can turn into huge mistakes. (client format preferences, missed deadlines, transferring case info between platforms, etc)
• Energetic – In this high paced environment meant to meet client deadlines, it is important to find a rhythm that allows the team member to fulfill numerous jobs/orders per day. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to move around and refill copy machine paper trays and sometimes carry production supplies.
• Critical Thinking - Since all clients and reporters do things a little different from each other, it is important to be able to ascertain the information required to fulfill the order that may have been communicated in a nuance manner.
• Problem Solver – The candidate should be capable of ascertaining, sometimes vague, information conveyed from the court reporter regarding the client requests and the transcript/exhibits.
• Communication Skills – It is important to be able to professionally communicate with your teammates, court reporters, as well as clients to ensure that we have a full understanding of the request that is being fulfilled.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• San Antonio, TX 78232: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Final Cut Pro: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
