Shift Requirements
7pm – 7am 3-4 days/weekABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is responsible for removing product from machine, inspecting said product, and preparing it for assembly or shipment.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective and safety equipment and devices that are required
- Record scrap and placing it in identified location
- Clean and trimming components using repetitive motion with tools such as scraper, chisel and bottle opener
- Assemble components into finished parts with repetitive use of a hammer
- Perform any required customer added process
- Stack parts according to product guidelines and quality standards
- Check the product guidelines, options sheet and any special work instructions for the correct way to assemble, clean and package components
- Check quality of finished components and parts
- Train new employees as needed
- Refer to the 1st piece sample part for a visual representation of the correct finished product for the order
- Maintain general housekeeping
