We currently have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Temple, TX.

Your Role:

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead plant production and will be responsible for maximizing safety, quality, and productivity while also minimizing cost. This individual will also ensure the department is meeting target accuracy goals through coaching and directing a team of Material Handlers, Operators, and your shift's floor leadership.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Implement strategic initiatives and operating goals for the plant
• Ensure production schedule, material usage, and output requirements are met
• Onboard and train employees as well as appraise their performance
• Work to your maximum potential and help others do the same
• Able to work a 2,2,3 12 hour rotating schedule

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of related professional and progressive manufacturing experience
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office 365
• Proficiency or Able to learn SAP, Gensuite, and other local systems
• Proficient in building teams and connecting with each member as an individual contributor

Icing on the cake:

• BA/BS degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• Prior team management experience including coaching a diverse staff
