PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Job Duties:
Coordinate student enrollment and class placement for non-native adults learning English as a Second Language and adults learning a foreign language for personal enrichment. Respond to inquiries from prospective students by phone, email and in-person. Evaluate student level and goals; present and recommend various class options and place in appropriate classes. Orient new teachers to the Institute's operations and procedures. Assist with assignment of teachers to appropriate class and selection of class materials. Organize professional development workshops for teachers' continuing education. In concert with teachers and administration, participate in design of new programs and curriculum. Participate in weekly company-wide staff meetings.

Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management or Education or related field and 18 months of experience with program coordination at a language school. Demonstrated knowledge of foreign instruction methodology and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with culturally diverse population of students and Teachers.
