The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, sourcing suppliers, and planning the project release. Their duties will include setting deadlines, providing feedback, and communicating with management about the status of the projects. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter that possesses great organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of telecommunications experience required
• At least five years of work experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record
• Must have strong computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Must possess leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management
• Experience overseeing the work of contractors and external vendors
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working efficiently and effectively under deadlines
• Ability to organize and control inventories
• Ability to generate reports on results of activities and conduct data management tasks
• Must have a team-oriented approach and strong communication skills

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Provide project management governance, tracking, prioritization, and team leadership
• Assess project plans and progress, collect, consolidate, and review status reports as needed, as well as review status with project leaders on a continuous basis
• Oversee the project efforts of contractors and external vendors
• Support end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue identification and change management on projects
• Set and control standards and mentor project managers to improve delivery of projects on time and within budget, given scope and known risks
• Financial budget planning
• Project assignments will include short and long-term installation projects with associated timelines or multi-phased schedules
• Knowledge of how to coordinate and prepare field serviceability and site survey requests including cost estimates and submission of estimate to payer for reimbursement, if applicable
• Preparation and completion of various construction related paperwork and permits
• Report and track budgeting and accounting of actual material and labor spending against Project Authorizations and ensure accuracy of and approval of contractor invoices
• Act as SPOC for partners, design centers, various sales associates, building owners, developers, local and state municipalities regarding projects
• Prepare and complete any necessary weekly/monthly and field operation reports
• Work with customer operations and our client's engineering regarding system acceptance guidelines and associated paperwork
• Track, report, and submit vendor invoices for materials and approved construction extensions
• Coordinate and track the construction activity with the partner/contractor, ensuring all construction specifications, and safety guidelines are adhered to
• Report and track all site inspections and Quality Control adherence
