Real Estate Branch Leader - Oakdale

Nationally Ranked Multi-Office Real Estate company located in the Central Valley, CA has an immediate opportunity for a Real Estate Branch Leader in the area. We are an established and progressive organization seeking real estate professionals who can lead others to success, can multi-task as a normal day to day activity, who is organized and has the desire to grow with us.

Starting base salary range is $55,000 to $70,000 based upon education, experience, and qualifications.

The demands on this position include administration, team building, deal doctoring, facilities maintenance, marketing, advertising, transaction management, fiscal management, inspiration leadership, mentoring, coaching and recruiting with a primary emphasis on recruiting and retention.

CA Real Estate License is required. Minimum of 3 years real estate sales and prior sales management experience preferred. Excellent business, mentoring and marketing skills required.

  • Real Estate Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Employee Supervision: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Branch Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
  • CA Salesperson or Broker License (Required)
