What we’re looking for:

  • Licensed New York real estate agent or someone interested in getting their real estate license
  • Self-motivated, driven, organized, dependable, authentic, and energetic
  • Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment
  • Great written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • Service oriented attitude with a client first focus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment

Your responsibilities:

  • Engage new buyers/sellers and cultivate those contacts into clients
  • Guide our customers and clients throughout the end to end buying process
  • Provide unbiased representation to our clients
  • Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of an admin team
  • Answer inquiries generated directly through the Casa Blanca app

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
