What You’ll Do

As a Receptionist, It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, visitors, and associates, and help them appropriately as needed while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

This role will sit onsite in our Latham, New York Corporate Office. The schedule will be Monday - Friday weekly; 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or similar role
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Multitasking and time management skills; ability to prioritize
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral; ability to manage information ranging from sensitive to confidential.
