GATR Truck Center is seeking to hire a full-time Receptionist / Sales Coordinator in our ELK RIVER MN location. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Are you looking to start or further your career with a company that values you? If so, read on!

PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, and arranges for transportation services
• Operate Phone System to route incoming calls
• Inventory, order and distribute all office supplies
• Monitor operation of all office equipment. Make service call appointments
• Plan or assist with GATR sponsored employee events
• Act as sales coordinator for all truck sales inventory related items
• Data entry of sales unit inventory
• Work with sales teams to complete necessary unit documents
• Organize and monitor units from acquisition to sale
• Will become proficient in the Karmak and CRM systems
• Has knowledge of commonly- used concepts, practices, and procedure within the receptionist/administrative support
