WorkForce Unlimited is searching for a Recruiting Advisor for our High Point Office!

Recruiting Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the recruiting process for contract assignments to include screening applications or resumes, sourcing resumes and conducting interviews
  • Complete reference checks, background checks and drug testing for potential candidates; may also set up any physical tests that are required by the client. Assist candidate with new hire paperwork and input information into staffing software system
  • Work closely with WorkForce Unlimited clients in taking contract assignment orders and filling assignment orders with qualified candidates in a timely manner
  • Continuously monitor worksites and contract placements to ensure a successful work relationship between client and contract employee
  • Assist with the day-to-day office functions, to include but not limited to, answering telephones, greeting visitors and completing applicant packets
  • Responsible for processing unemployment claims as required by Staffing Manager
  • Partner with Staffing Manager to ensure all contract placement orders are filled for the client
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; 2-year Associate's Degree preferred
  • At least 1 year staffing, human resources or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
