We have also received certification by The Joint Commission in collaboration with the American Stroke Association as a Primary Stroke Center.

The role you’ll contribute:

The Patient Access Registrar is responsible for day to day work-flow in a specific area of patient registration. Registers patients in a timely manner and directs them to the correct department and/or in current location. Explains all forms and information to patients, verifies insurance, collects any co pay/deductible or outstanding balance at the time of service. Meets Upfront Cash Goals on a monthly basis.

Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED upon hire
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Internet skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with the public.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
