Three Brothers Concrete is a Hispanic-owned, Denver-based concrete contractor founded in 2003. We are seeking a Reinforcing Rebar Worker / Rodbuster.
As a Reinforcing Rebar Worker / Rodbuster you will conduct the following:
- Position and secure steel bars or mesh in concrete forms in order to reinforce concrete, using a variety of fasteners, rod-bending machines, and hand tools
- Determine quantities, sizes, shapes, and locations of reinforcing rods from blueprints, sketches, or oral instructions
- Review blueprints or specifications to determine work requirements
- Space and fasten together rods in forms according to blueprints, using wire and pliers
- Install / position metal structural components
- Cut rods to required lengths
- Place blocks under rebar to hold the bars off the deck when reinforcing floors
- Position safety or support equipment
Reinforcing Rebar Worker / Rodbuster assignments, written or given verbally, are mainly repetitive and routine in nature with adherence to established methods and procedures, and work is frequently inspected.
Our Reinforcing Rebar Workers / Rodbusters are responsible for working safely in all job assignments. Responsible for performing other duties as assigned.

- 3+ years of experience
- Owns tools
- Reliable transportation
