Our Call Center team is looking for temporary bilingual Spanish Call Center Associates. These are temporary roles anticipated for a few months through March 31, 2023. In the role, you will interact with our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving matters, and logging calls. The ideal candidate must possess a desire to help others in a caring and positive manner. Call center experience is preferred but not required.
To support your success in this role, we offer remote work in Southern CA, full-time or part-time shifts available, and training provided. If you are looking for a temporary opportunity focused on customer care and quality service, then we’d like to meet you!
What you’ll do:
- Identify, research, and resolve customer inquiries
- Respond promptly to customer needs
- Diffuse customer concerns to reach a desirable outcome
- Solicit customer feedback to improve service
- Communicate service requests to internal departments
- Deliver verbal and written communication to internal and external customers
- Log customer calls into system
What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual Spanish communication skills required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately interpret and communicate data and information
- Call center experience is preferred but not required
