Weed Man Lawn Care is looking for extraordinary people to join our quickly growing company with training classes starting soon.

All training is remote

**Must have a computer with an I5 generation processor or equivalent, Solid State Drive, 8GB RAM.

Headset and webcam will be provided.

We are looking for experienced telephone sales reps to join our growing team! Sales Reps that possess communication & people skills, who are confident they can sell a lot of lawn care! You will also receive customer service, sales & agronomic training

What's expected of me as an Inside Sales Associate?

• Perform lawn care sales calls
• Remote Representatives follow up and reach out to hot/warm leads generated by our Marketing/Door knocking crews and Field Sales Representatives.
• Sell enhancements to existing programs
• Provide great customer service
• Meet daily and weekly goals
• Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills
• No cold calling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time outbound sales position

Compensation for:

• Commission 15% of any sale. No Quotas

Paid Training:

• Yes

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
