  • New employees start at $17 - $18.50 with no experience required!
  • Have previous experience? Start as high as $18.50 - $20/hour, depending how much experience you’ve had!
  • Are you a CNA or TMA? We offer an additional $.50 for each certification!
  • Shift differentials for 2p-10p, 10p-6a, and weekends!

About Us*
Ridgeway Senior Living provides assisted living and memory care services in a setting that is both professionally managed and thoughtfully designed. We offer a resident-focused care plan to meet each resident’s needs.
We are seeking* Resident Assistants* to join our team.
Resident Assistant Responsibilities

  • Help seniors with their personal cares including assistance with showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, trash removal, etc.
  • Pass medications and supervise the resident's self-administration as directed
  • Observe residents and report changes in in physical and emotional condition.

Shifts/Hours:
We have openings for the 6a – 2p and 2p – 10p shifts. You can work 32+ hours/week or a full 40 hours/week. All openings include every other weekend.
Qualifications
Experience not necessary, we will provide all the training and support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team.
Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
Because our care staff play an important role in providing day-to-day care and assistance to our residents, it is critical that our employees work as scheduled, and provide appropriate notice and shift replacement when they can't.
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
