We have an opening for a recent, experienced, talented and compassionate home care weekend Baylor nurse. The schedule for this position is Saturday and Sunday 12-hour day shifts.* Work 24 hours, get paid for 32! *This position includes a holiday commitment. This position also qualifies for benefits.
Our Weekend Baylor Nurses cover 12 hour shifts and travel throughout our coverage area on the South Shore. You will coordinate and provide the delivery of home health care services to patients and clients of the Agency through the application of the nursing process and in accordance with Agency philosophy, mission and standards. This position requires completing home care admission visits, OASIS assessments, and revisits.
Skills and Abilities:

• Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills a must
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to be a team player and work harmoniously with patients, families, co-workers, management and support staff
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Caring and compassionate nature

Education:

• Current Massachusetts License in good standing
• RN - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Current CPR certification

Experience:

• 2+ years in an acute care setting
• Recent Home care experience as an RN required
• OASIS experience required
